I actually contacted HTC Vive Live Chat Support and they told me to manually update it with lighthouse_tx_htc_2_0-calibration-rescue-244.bin and then lighthouse_tx_htc_2_0-244-2016-03-12.bin. Didn't work and they told me to send it in for repair. I'm still open to see if any other firmware file works or one pulled off of a 2.0 base station will do.
