Sony is officially shutting down the PS Plus Collection on May 9, which will impact PlayStation Plus subscribers on PS5. The PS Plus Collection was first introduced in 2020, part of some changes that Sony made to its PlayStation Plus subscription service with the launch of its PS5 console.

@MeatyVeg Oh yes Sony is in absolute shambles from shutting down the servers for 8 year old games that no one plays anymore. The game was already on PS Now for years, if people were playing theyNah, not saying Sony will collapse, but saying PSN is never shutting down is pretentious. All things die in the end, and it's all fine and dandy until then. 30 years down the line, when you're sitting in a post-apocalyptic underground bunker with nothing but a PS4, you're gonna wish you had some physical copies.
