The keyboard on the MacBook Air is quite good, I would say I almost like it better than the 2015 Pro. It feels responsive and I would say tight (as in well engineeredfinally!), definitely less wiggle than the Pro, and definitely more comfortable than those butterfly keys. I upgrade my 2016 13" macbook pro non-touchbar to the 13" macbook pro 2.4ghz. I also noticed the battery life isn't too great compared to the old model. I haven't done much study on the time just yet but the battery certainly drains fast enough for me to notice the difference to the old model. 😞. Real battery life is far from 10 hrs in practise.

It seems that the battery life difference between the 16” and 14” M3 Pro that Apple claims is fairly accurate.
MacBook Pro 14” with M1 Max here. I can confirm that in these first 2 days of usage the battery has been terrible for me. Starting around 10:30am today: Browsing on Safari (never more than 3 tabs open at the same time) checking e-mails on Mail app. around 1 hour of Figma. around 20 minutes of YouTube videos. The MacBook Pro 13-inch M1 is a more powerful laptop now, though, and beats it in battery life. In add to this, few weeks ago I installed Fedora on my macbook, because MacOS was really slow.
