The keyboard on the MacBook Air is quite good, I would say I almost like it better than the 2015 Pro. It feels responsive and I would say tight (as in well engineeredfinally!), definitely less wiggle than the Pro, and definitely more comfortable than those butterfly keys. There is also less light leakage around the keys.

I am trying to troubleshoot my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015). I’ve had this laptop since 2016 and it just won’t turn on. I’ve tried all of the keyboard reset prompts (NVRAM and SMC). I’ve unscrewed the back panel, unplugged and replugged the battery connector, pulled out and reinserted

I upgrade my 2016 13" macbook pro non-touchbar to the 13" macbook pro 2.4ghz. I also noticed the battery life isn't too great compared to the old model. I haven't done much study on the time just yet but the battery certainly drains fast enough for me to notice the difference to the old model. 😞. Real battery life is far from 10 hrs in practise.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Retina display Early 2015) Model ID: MacBookPro12,1 Apple has different power management modes for increasing battery life. One of those can cause a problem for users who

The updated MacBook Pro 13- and the 15-inch would each have up to a claimed 7 hours of battery life, while the 17-inch would keep its 8-hour capacity. [31] [33] Some sources even reported up to eight hours of battery life for the 13- and 15-inch MacBook Pro computers during casual use, [34] while others reported around six hours. [26]

It seems that the battery life difference between the 16” and 14” M3 Pro that Apple claims is fairly accurate.

MacBook Pro 14” with M1 Max here. I can confirm that in these first 2 days of usage the battery has been terrible for me. Starting around 10:30am today: Browsing on Safari (never more than 3 tabs open at the same time) checking e-mails on Mail app. around 1 hour of Figma. around 20 minutes of YouTube videos. The MacBook Pro 13-inch M1 is a more powerful laptop now, though, and beats it in battery life. If you don’t need the extra performance afforded by the Pro, the MacBook Air should be considered

Tried to take in charge it for several hours, but not changed, the battery was KO. In add to this, few weeks ago I installed Fedora on my macbook, because MacOS was really slow. The OS works flawlessly, but of course nothing changed regarding the battery (need the power supply to turn on). Last week I bought a non-original battery (a good one

I bought a MacBook Pro 13' Mid 2012 in 2015. Till mid 2018 I used MacOs and my battery and backup lasted for around 6-7 hours on normal use. Then, I started using Windows 10 Pro (no dual boot, only windows) and it's been more than a year till now. Windows 10 runs smooth and I have no problem with it but what concerns me a lot is the battery life.
1. BubblyPurple6547. • 2 yr. ago. Lemme chime in. I have my M1 Pro 16" for 2 weeks now and battery life is indeed awesome. Especially when coming from a 2015 model, haha. I wouldn't say the stated 14/21hrs are 100% realistic, but 10-12 hours with Firefox and other smaller apps (VLC, Telegram, Mail, etc.) running. 4tqCkA.
